The subject of training is: “The role of the private sector in promoting the business environment in Egypt”
The training is conducted in Arabic and English and explains in detail the sequence and topics of the five training days to cover three training modules
With aim of broadening the influence of small and medium-sized investors on our economy. One area that needs improvement in the business ecosystem of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In short, we focus on transforming the thinking of small and medium-sized firms into greater growth, and we also look forward to building collective dynamics and support to enable small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve greater impact and Achieve more revenue .
Training modules included:
Module1: Key Success Factors in Developing a Successful Advocacy Strategy, including how to structure an effective public and private sector dialogue “PPD” and Regulatory Impact assessment “RIA” .
Module 2:. Analyzing the Business Policy Environment, Prioritization, and Selecting the Topic(s) to Focus On.
Module 3:. Developing and Implementing Your Advocacy Strategy: Mobilizing for Action
This training is a TOT, so its expected from trained organizations to run a TOT program for other participants who didn’t attend the training.
Dates: The private sector trainings will be conducted twice:
Round1: July 16 – 20, 2017 in Stella di Mare – EL Sokhna
Round 2: October 22 – 26, 2017 in Stella di Mare – EL Sokhna
Followed by Follow-up sessions during Oct 29 to Nov. 9th, 2017 to provide consultation for organizations on their strategy for advocacy.
