8th WFS 2023 Overview
The four-day conference comprised 8 plenary sessions, with 7 – 6 speakers per session. Each speaker was given 15 minutes to present, followed by 10-5 minutes for questions.
The conference was structured to foster discussion between participants around the core themes, which was achieved by hosting small group debates, and full group discussions on pre-prepared questions following each session.
Each day of the conference also allocated one hour for networking B2B lunch, and 30 minutes for morning and afternoon tea to allow participants to continue their discussions after each session.
Time was allocated at the end of each day for a group reflection on the day’s discussions. The objective of the conference is to capitalize on BWE21 vision, to empower women economically to contribute to the growth of the Egyptian Economy, and unleash the potential of women to fulfill their ambitions by creating a stimulating and enabling environment.

BWE21 WFS annual international conference developed a community of businesswomen and established the power of international networks.
