The plastic artist Minhal Al-Muntasir Shaker was born on September 27, 1972
In the city of Riyadh, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the father of a plastic artist, Al-Muntasir Shaker, and the mother of Mrs. Hala Al-Kilani, a school principal, among the works of art of the father and books and writings of poetry and literature for the mother, the artist became a painter and writer.

The artist lived with her husband in Paris from 2008 to 2012 and attended many courses, participated in several exhibitions, and gave birth to her son Nadim Abu Al-Ela.
The artist works from 2012 to now at the National Media Authority as Director of Decoration Department.
