Low Touch Economy: a new way of doing business hosted by The Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce

The webinar has discussed the shock of COVID-19 impacted the way we were used to living. We still do not know all the changes, but it is certain that for some time we will have an economy based on new forms of relationship, negotiation, and regulations with reduced interaction and stricter hygiene restrictions. New technologies and work dynamics should be strengthened, such as home office, e-commerce, and more practices of the so-called low touch economy. In fact, the world is already low touch, but is the trend even more so?
