Workshop outcome
The German-Egyptian Manager Training Programme prepares executives from Egypt specifically for business and economic cooperation with German enterprises.
Each year, around 40 Egyptian executives take part in this practical training. They come from firms which have foreign trade potential that wish to establish contacts in Germany. The focus is on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Under the motto “Fit for Partnership with Germany” the participants acquire management skills, gain insights into German business practices and establish contact with German enterprises, mainly medium-sized firms.
The programme is aimed at managers and future managers, and at upper and middle management levels of Egyptian enterprises and is generally open to all industries.
In March 2022, 6 members of the BWE21 will join the Social-Blended learning – Fit for Partnership with Germany.
