They shared the USAID strategic priorities followed by a 2-minute highlight by each Women’s Employment Promotion Project (WEPP) partner firm on adaptations they made to their organizational structures to empower women and whether it paid off to their business or not. They breakout 2 small groups to discuss their experience, suggestions, and advice on how USAID/Egypt should strategically address women’s economic empowerment. |
