Ola Soliman

A seasoned corporate and commercial lawyer with expertise spanning across M&A practice, corporate,
and business transactional matters. Ola has an impressive track record of experience and know-how. She
represents both international and domestic clients and regularly advises clients across different industry
sectors, with a focus on the fintech and technology sectors.
Ola is currently the Founder and Managing Partner of Three Sixty Legal Firm (TSL), the first woman-led law firm focusing on startups and SMEs with a mission to support entrepreneurship in Egypt. TSL
works with startups starting from the early stage of incorporation and through growth, scale-ups, and
capital raising rounds as well as exit strategies. TSL also works closely with different medium-size
businesses advising on restructuring, corporate governance and compliance, and complex commercial
transactional matters.
She has previously served with notable international and local law firms where she gained recognition
for her considerable business acumen in making her clients achieve their business goals.
Ola is admitted before the Courts of Appeal, at the Egyptian Bar Association, and holds an LL.M. in
International Commercial Law from Dundee University Law School in the UK, a Diplôme d’Université
d’Études Juridiques Françaises from Jean Moulin Lyon III University in France, and an LL.B. from Ain
Shams University Law School, French Section, in Cairo, Egypt.
She is a fluent communicator in English, French, and Arabic
