Ms. Fawzy is the founder and CEO of LEADING 365; a Learning and Development
Consultancy specializing in leadership development and executive coaching. The
the company was founded in June 2020 by a team of learning and development
professionals with the purpose of helping organizations succeed through their people.
Ms. Fawzy has over thirty years of experience in training delivery, assessment, course
design, materials development, leadership development, and coaching. She has previously
held several positions at reputable academic institutions such as AMIDEAST and the
American University in Cairo. Her former title was the Director of the Business Skills
Training Unit at New Horizons Cairo where she stayed for eleven years during which she
established the unit and has grown the business to become a strategic business unit
contributing about 50% of the organization’s revenue.
Ms. Fawzy has conducted Soft Skills, Leadership, and Managerial training for numerous
governmental and corporate clients in different industries such as Software, FMCGs, Banking, Oil
and Gas, Construction, and NGOs in the Middle East.
