Lisa is an active member of her community. She is Chair-Elect for the C3 Board member of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) and chair of the International Committee. She is also a member of WIPP (Woman Impacting Public Policy), and the US Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Lisa has been volunteering for Innovation Spark, which works to provide STEM resources and education for socially challenged youth in the Greater Houston area. Also, Lisa has been a key volunteer for APFED assisting with representing APFED at key medical conferences around the world, while leading the children’s program for over 20 years at their annual patient education conference and while playing a crucial part in their growth.
