- Board member of the Egyptian society of congenital heart diseases and we arrange 2-3 convoys yearly to remote areas in Egypt to see hundreds of poor patient and deliver medical treatmen or refer the sick ones for intervention in the University Hospital.
- Yemen missions with the Qatar Red Crescent (August 2008 and March 2010). We performed 30 pediatric cardiac surgeries and I performed 15 and 20 cardiac interventional catheters in each visit. This included PDA,ASD,VSD device closures and Balloon dilatation of PS and AS and Stent implantation in Coarctation of Aorta and finally one case of right coronary artery fistula to right atrium.
- Chain of Hope charity work assistance in Cairo University Pediatric Hospital and Aswan.
- Rotary Member since 2003 with yearly projects. Last project was 66K USD international Rotary funding for children with heart defects
