    Registration fee Includes:
    • Attendance of the inauguration of the conference including lunch or dinner on 15 February 2024.
    • Conference materials and bag.
    • Two nights’ accommodation in Cairo at Cairo Marriott Hotel from 14th up to 15 February 2024 on bed and breakfast basis.
    • Three nights’ accommodation in Luxor at Jolie Ville Resort Hotel from 16 up to 19 February 2024 on bed and breakfast basis. 
    • All Trainings and workshops.
    • Domestic flight.
    • Lunches on 16, 17, 18 February 2024.
    • Dinner on 16, 17, 18 February 2024.
    • Gala Dinner / Closing Ceremony.
    • Sightseeing during the conference in Cairo & Luxor.
    • Ground transportation during the conference, logistics and functions.
    Registration fee Excludes:
    • Any additional nights in Cairo and Luxor either prior and/or after the event.
    • International flight ticket.
    • Individual Transfers in Cairo and Luxor.
    • Personal expenses all over the trip. 
    • Gratuities all over the trip. 
    Cancellation policy:
      Should the registration be canceled, for any reason, at any time:
    • 60 days prior to the conference opening date, the total amount refund applies.
    • Within 30 to 60 days prior to the conference opening date, 50% cancellation fees apply.
    • Within 30 days prior to the conference opening date, 100% cancellation fees apply meaning no refund should be paid.
