The Egyptian Arab Company for Modern Buildings and Construction is an Egyptian joint stock company established in 2008 under Law No. 8 of 1997. The company has an authorized share capital of 220 million Egyptian pounds and the paid- up capital is 100 million Egyptian pounds. We are currently responsible for constructing an integrated residential project; Garden Hills in 6th of October, on an area of 150 feddan in the northern extensions of the 6th of October City. The project consists of 203 buildings, 4176 housing units, (DMA office), commercial center, hospital, and mountain design mosque. The residential units are designed in two models: 130, 200 m2, delivered upon finishing or according to customers' requests for the four stages of the design of the Shahab Mazhar ‘s office. The fifth stage is the most distinguished in terms of location.
