SheLeads 360° 2026, organized by Business Women of Egypt 21 (BWE21) in collaboration with the global network of FCEM – Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises Mondiales, is an international leadership forum bringing together women business leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators from across the world. Held across Cairo and Alexandria, the conference provides a unique multi-city experience designed to foster dialogue, partnerships, and knowledge exchange between Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

The program explores key themes shaping the future of leadership and business, including:
