
Khalid Hamdani is President and Founder of the Institute for Ethics and Diversity (Paris). He has held several national-level positions in France, including membership in the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, the High Council for Integration, and the Consultative Committee of HALDE. He also serves as President of the Observatory of Diversity in Business (ODE).
With a multidisciplinary background in law, economics, and anthropology, he began his career as a researcher at the CNRS and a lecturer at Paris IV–Sorbonne, before leading training and consulting firms. He has also taught at Sciences Po Paris and Lille, as well as at the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA).
Since 1996, Khalid Hamdani has advised public institutions, large corporations, SMEs, and non-profit organizations on equal treatment, equal opportunity, and non-discriminatory management policies. He is recognized as one of France’s pioneering experts in diversity, equality, and inclusion.
He regularly delivers keynote addresses and training programs on ethical, inclusive, and high-performance management, and supports organizations in addressing emerging societal challenges.
Awarded the Legion of Honour for his contribution to public anti-discrimination policies, he has extensive international experience and a deep understanding of cultural contexts in France, Africa, Japan, the Anglo-Saxon world, and Northern Europe. He has published widely on issues of discrimination, equality, diversity, social cohesion, and secularism in leading journals and media outlets.
