A trilingual facilitator (French, German, English), Beate operates at the intersection of interpersonal and intercultural dynamics, guiding executive teams and decision-makers through complex challenges. Her expertise lies in creating a trusted, co-creative environment where every idea and perspective can be expressed—fostering alignment toward shared goals and a common vision.
Trained as an international business lawyer and holding an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, Beate draws on more than 30 years of international experience to help companies and institutions—from multinationals to SMEs, in France and abroad—navigate key transformation moments where collective potential becomes a true competitive advantage.
Her professional journey has given her a deep understanding of corporate ecosystems, including their environmental, social, and ethical dimensions. Combining a generalist strategic outlook with a strong sense of human connection, she has developed a unique expertise in leveraging diverse talents and profiles to advance the strategic objectives of organizations.
For over a decade, Beate has also been deeply engaged in women’s entrepreneurship programs, particularly with HEC Paris, where she trains, supports, and inspires women entrepreneurs to unlock their full potential.
