Foreign delegations arrive at Cairo International Airport and travel to El-Kharga Oasis through PAS Airline.

Day 1

Thursday 23th of February 2023

Registration.

The Opening at The League of Arab States.

10:00a.m – 03:00p.m

The opening session in the presence of ministers and ambassadors and public figures to talk about the following topics:

  • New Financial Tools for International Trade.
  • Advancing the Circular Economy.

Coffee Break Included

 03:30 p.m – 05:30 p.m

Visiting the Grand Museum, including lunch.

 08:30 p.m – 10:30 p.m

Attend a special show at The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, include dinner.

Day 2

Friday 24th of February 2023

09:00 a.m 

The arrival of businesswomen.

The arrival of the businesswomen participating in the conference (Egyptian and Foreigners) to Cairo International Airport – Terminal 1 to travel to the oasis.

10:30 a.m

Leaving Cairo through PAS Airline.

11:30 a.m

The arrival at El-Kharga Airport

12:00 p.m – 01:30 p.m

Visit to Temple of Hibis.

02:00 p.m – 02:30 p.m

Lunch at the headquarters of the New Valley Governorate.

Light Lunch from Cairo.

02:30 p.m – 05:30 p.m

The conference sessions will be held in the main hall the headquarters of the New Valley Governorate:

  • The opening session and presentation of Investment Opportunities in the governorate,
    It is delivered by Major General/
    Muhammad Al-Zamalot, Governor of the New Valley.

  • A session to present the nature and tourist attractions of the governorate, and it will be delivered by Mr. Wael Abed Owner of Al Tarfa Hotel at El-Dakhla Oasis.

08:00 p.m – 10:00 p.m

Dinner party at Solimar Hotel / Bedouin Tent.

10 minutes with Emmy Sultan

  • Members participation in the celebration.

  • Choosing 6 women to teach them to dance for closing ceremony participation.

Day 3

Saturday 25th of February 2023

07:30 a.m – 10:30 a.m

Head to El-Dakhla Oasis.

10:30 a.m – 12:00 p.m

Visit the Islamic village of Al-Qasr.

12:30 p.m – 03:00 p.m

The conference sessions will be held at Shenda Hotel, under the title:

  • Supply Chain Challenges & Businesswomen Global Success Stories.
  • B2B Matchmaking.

Coffee Break Included

Having Lunch and watch sunset at Shenda Hotel.

05:30 p.m – 08:00 p.m

Dinner at Al-Tarfa Hotel.

Return back to El-Kharga Oasis.

Visiting the tombs of Al-Bajawat.

A networking session for the various business sectors “Sectorial Networking Lunch”
Lunch included at Al-Bajawat Hotel

Closing ceremony and presentation of the results and recommendations of the conference in the Temple of Hibis.

Lunch Box will be made from Solimar Hotel.

Head to El-Kharga Airport.

03:00 p.m – 04:30 p.m

The return of the businesswomen participating in the conference (Egyptians
and Foreigners) to Cairo International Airport through PAS Airline.

B2B Matchmaking in All Breaks & Lunch Day 2, 3 & 4

Residence in Cairo for foreign delegations will be at InterContinental Cairo Semiramis Hotel.

Residence in the New Valley for all participants in the conference (Egyptians and Foreigners) will be at the Solimar Hotel.
