USAID-SEED Enabling Environment Trainings- BWE21

USAID's "SEEDs" project conducted a training program for partners, including Businesswomen of Egypt 21 entitled "The Role of the Private Sector in Enhancing the Business Environment in Egypt", on two sessions each for five days:
First Session: 16 - 20 July 2017 in Stella Di Mare - Sukhna
Second Session: 22-26 October 2017 in Stella di Mare - Sukhna
The training is conducted in Arabic and English and explains in detail the sequence and topics of the five training days to cover three training modules listed below. This training follows a follow-up course in October and November 2017 to expand the impact of small and medium-sized investments on our economy. Areas in need of improvement in the business ecosystem of small and medium enterprises. In short, we are focusing on transforming SME thinking towards greater growth, and we are also looking to build
Collective dynamics and support to enable SMEs to achieve greater impact and achieve more revenue
Training Modules Included:
• Module 1: Key success factors in developing a successful advocacy strategy, including how to organize an effective public-private dialogue "Bad" and the RIA.
• Module 2: Analyzing the policy environment of workers, identifying priorities, and selecting the topic to focus on.
• Module 3: Develop and implement your advocacy strategy (mobilization for action)
This training is TOT, so it is expected from the trained organizations to run TOT program for other participants who did not attend the training.
Followed by follow-up sessions during October 29 to November 9, 2017 to advise organizations on their advocacy strategy.
